Return & Refund Policy (DAMI3C)

At DAMI3C, your satisfaction is our priority. We work hard to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return & refund process.

1) Return Window (30 Days)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective / not working properly

  • Incorrect item received

  • Not as described

To be eligible, your request must be submitted within the return window and include proof of purchase (order number).


2) Items Eligible for Return

Eligible reasons include:

  • Wrong item received

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Product is defective (manufacturing fault)

  • Size/variant mismatch (wrong variant delivered)

  • Item not as described


3) Items Not Eligible for Return

To keep the process fair, we may not accept returns for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, or improper handling

  • Missing original packaging/accessories or tampered serial numbers (if applicable)

  • Items returned with significant wear, stains, odors, or physical damage not caused in transit

  • Free gifts or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Hygiene-sensitive products: For products such as earphones/earbuds, returns may be refused if the item has been used/worn or if sealed hygiene components (eartips/earpads) have been opened, unless the product is defective or arrived damaged/incorrect

4) How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@dami3c.com with:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for return

  3. Clear photos and/or video showing the issue (damage/defect/incorrect item)

  4. If applicable, a photo of the shipping label/packaging

Our team will reply within 1 business day with the next steps and return instructions.


5) Return Shipping & Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

A) If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged in transit, wrong item, not as described):

  • We will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution (replacement/partial refund) depending on the case and your location.

B) If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., ordered the wrong item/changed mind):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Important: Any customs duties, taxes, and import fees paid are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by local law.


6) Return Conditions & Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • Please return the product with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging where possible.

  • If the product is not returned in acceptable condition, we may reduce or decline the refund (where permitted by law).


7) Refunds (Processing Time)

If your return is approved after inspection:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: typically 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank/payment provider)

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.


8) Replacements / Exchanges (If Applicable)

If your product is confirmed defective or you received the wrong item, we may offer:

  • A replacement unit, or

  • An exchange (subject to stock availability), or

  • A refund / partial refund solution (case-by-case)


9) Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund.

  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will follow our standard return process if eligible.


10) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@dami3c.com. We’re committed to resolving problems quickly and fairly, and we can often provide a faster solution than a payment dispute.
